i have been working ER locums for some time now and find that the most valuable information about potential assignments comes not from the recruiters but from my fellow locums doctors. I want a private listserve or other forum in which we locums doctors can share information about recruiter companies, potential assignments, working conditions and pay. I have discovered that some recruiting companies will do their very best to stiff the locums doctor and some hospitals are not good to work at no matter how much pay they are offering. If i had only known ,,, so lets share this information in a doctor-only private forum and help each other get better assignments and better pay.
