This video is right on target with it's message about cutting all of your ideas in half and structuring your business to excel at the basics.

Jason Fried is the founder and CEO of a company called 37 Signals that makes business software for things like project management and customer relationships. They've had a lot of success and have a large following among techies for both their success, and the way they've developed and grown their business.
